The Santamaria brothers, bosses of the most powerful Mafia family in Northern Italy, must track down a mole inside the criminal organization. The assignment of this extremely important task is entrusted to Alex Leone – a mastermind of the team which is called upon for the most sensitive cases. Alex leads the investigation searching for the prey which is oblivious to play in a game which is considered far too dirty. During this search, the prey becomes the predator, and the predator becomes the prey. But someone amongst them, had underestimated the adversary.
