Sokol was born in Tropoje (Albania) on the 10th of June 1979 in a modest family, as the last of seven children, four girls and three boys, all brought up with great discipline and education. He took part in many sports, amongst which swimming, skiing, and karate, all with great results. In 1997 he starts his military career, which he continues until 2000, specialising in combat techniques and personal defence. His passion for the screen, united to that for the martial arts, immediately tie him to action cinema. His career in the show business starts as a model for Campari Mix and Peroni. But the love he has for the world of cinema is too strong: he decides to abandon everything and move to Milan. Here, he takes part to several action movie workshops and traineeships as an extra in television. In the meantime, he takes private acting lessons from Gabriel Dusse. His cinematographic experience includes: “Piccoli Errori di Valutazione”, directed by Marco Bechini, in the role of an Albanian Boss. “Istanbul Connection”, directed by Kenan Gurguvoci in the role of a secret service agent. “SHAD”, by Kenan Gurguvoci, in the role of a special undercover agent. “The Albanian Recruit” by Sunaj Raca, in the role of a trafficker. “Glorious Dead” directed by Sudeep Ranjan Sarkar, in the role of Lucifer. “Bastard Karma 2” by Vitor Deda, in the role of a corrupted policeman. “Death of Spring” directed by Sudeep Ranjan Sarkar, in the role of a deaf and mute man. “Dirty Fears” by Carlo Fusco in the role of a psychopathic killer. The background he built across the years participating to festivals all over the world, allowed him to gather important relationships and collaborations in several parts of the globe.
